With a degree in psychology and as a qualified neuro-linguistic sports practitioner, Emma is fascinated by the relationship between the mind and body for performance and endurance. She believes movement is the medicine for better mental health and is determined to instil motivation and
self-belief in all of her clients. She has completed back to back marathons and is a regular at the Verbier Trail 72km race.
Emma's classes are high energy and high intensity; her enthusiasm will infect you. She is a level 3 REPS PT and is qualified for pre and post natal training as well as a Aerial Fitness and Yoga as a perfect complement to her intense cardio training. Aerial support makes inversions more accessible for all, improving strength and circulation.
She loves to work one and one with individuals and help them reach their true potential. As an advocate of outdoor fitness Emma promotes moving in a functional way, using the whole body. She loves natural movement, body weight exercises, minimal equipment and maximum fun.
