Hailing from Australia, our summer Guest Teacher, Lisa Nicholas, brings a wealth of experience to Wholey Cow students. She began practicing yoga in the 80’s to support performance whilst on the World Cup Mogul Circuit. After a successful skiing career of competition, teaching and modelling, Lisa qualified as a massage and shiatsu therapist and started teaching yoga in 2002.
Currently teaching on yoga teacher trainings and workshops internationally, Lisa is also specialised in yoga anatomy. After studying a variety of yoga styles, she shares the foundational principles of Hatha Yoga that support all types and levels of yoga practice.
Her multi-layered classes are diverse, challenging and transformational, leaving students with tools to support their ongoing personal growth. A one-time Verbier resident, Lisa is back from Australia for the 2019 summer and will also teach at the Inspire Yoga Festival.
